It was a lovely day. The staff are all welcoming and friendly. I went on my own and instantly felt at ease. The sessions I had were absolutely amazing. Fabulous set of people. I will definately be going back. Fabulous day, thankyou!!

This was my third treatment with Ros (Sport Blast massage) and certainly won't be my last. Each time I have really felt like Ros is in tune with my body and tailors my massage accordingly. My tension is really improving! would definitely recommend :)
