This was my third treatment with Ros (Sport Blast massage) and certainly won't be my last. Each time I have really felt like Ros is in tune with my body and tailors my massage accordingly. My tension is really improving! would definitely recommend :)

Staff were so welcoming and love that you can relax with a coffee and a shop. Rosalyn was so amazing. She was so friendly and welcoming and gave me the advice I needed. Highly recommend. My new favourite place.

Rosalyn was very friendly and welcoming. She made me feel at ease and explained everything she was going to do and asked that I was happy with it. The reiki session was really nice and I felt much lighter and clearer afterwards.
