I hadn't been to Transcend before, but found it friendly and welcoming. I'd booked a back neck and shoulder massage but after an assessment and discussion with Rosalyn, we decided on a deep tissue massage with a bit of gua sha. I felt like Rosalyn paid 100% attention to what my muscles were telling her and adjusted the technique and pressure accordingly, so that I got a full deep massage but without going too far. I booked in for my second massage straight away!

Rosalyn was amazing from meeting her to finishing treatment. Her deep tissue massage was perfect. She took great care of me & attended to my needs & introduced me to a new treatment, scraping, to which I've never heard of. Highly recommended.
