Amazing space so warm and welcoming, so many different classes or treatments to choose from...or just chill with a coffee or juice,do a little bit of shopping in the crystal shop or even discuss with a member of staff which would be the best class or treatment for you. We were so well looked after in lockdown with all the classes on line....I loved doing the art therapy on Thursdays we had great fun. Get yourself down to Transcend and see what’s on offer..it will be worth it 💕

Transcend Tribe are a wonderful, welcoming group of people who excel in their chosen fields. Since joining, I have tried many new things such as Tai Chi, meditation and reiki which have been available to me via Zoom throughout the lockdown period. I've also enjoyed yoga classes and dance fit as well as being part of a fabulous art group on Therapeutic Thursdays. The people at Transcend go above and beyond, offering support, encouragement, kindness, fun and friendship.

Wonderful place to be. The classes are brilliant and there is a lovely community spirit. You will leave feeling positive and energised. The online classes really helped during lockdown. Those running the classes and all who attend make you feel valued and welcome. Positive vibes, positive life 💜
