I've been attending Transcend for the last three years for trearments, classes, and just for a coffee and a bonus hug! The atmosphere is fantastic and I'd rrcommend it to anyone seeking self development or just somewhere to hang out and see a friendly face ☺️

I’ve never had a cupping massage so didn’t really know what to except. I thought it was great, the massage was deep which is what I needed, the cupping felt a bit weird at first but the overall experience was amazing.
I suffer from Fibromyalgia, have knots in my shoulders and back & have pins & needles in my fingers.
After the session ,I felt looser & the following day, the pins & needles in one hand had almost disappeared.
I look forward to another session in the very near future!
