I absolutely love the whole ethos of this place. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly and the entire setup is wonderful: such a rejuvenating vibe. The classes are so well put together, they’re very relaxed and there is zero pressure (so no worries at all if you’re new. It’s the best place to try it all out!) The massage I had was fabulous. I left feeling way better than when I went in. Sarah was magic and it was so interesting hearing her talk about it all too. The cafe is lovely too!

Just had my first ever lymphatic drainage massage with Sarah and it was blissful. As someone who suffers from neuropathy and has avascular necrosis. I have a lot of swelling and pain. We could see and feel the difference before I even left. Thanks
