This is the second head massage at Transcend . I have found them beneficial and very relaxing. The staff are all welcoming and friendly. Sam is very knowledgeable and considerate . I have already booked my next treatment

It was the first time I have had an Indian head massage and I have booked again for next week. It was a great experience and Sam was very knowledgeable and after the massage gave me tips on what I can do at home to help. The studio was very welcoming and I have recommended it to my daughter

I'd completely messed up my appointment time and despite arriving ridiculously late, Paulo still did a treatment and didn't charge me for the full 1hr 45 even though he absolutely should have. Really appreciated your kindness and holding a safe place in my moment of mayhem.
