I booked 30 mins deep tissue massage due to really tight shoulder and lower back muscles for several days. Sunni helped clear the knots, now able to sleep and move around better.

Booked a 30-min massage with Sunni for 15:00 today at Transcend. Arrived at 14:55 but waited 32 mins. Cafe staff apologised, but Sunni appeared at 15:27 with a vague apology, holding a bag like she just arrived. I had to leave by 15:45 so couldn't stay for the full treatment. Sunni was dismissive ("oh, you have to leave") with no refund or reschedule offer. I love Transcend's classes and want to return, but this first massage was disappointing I expect a full refund.
