I visited Transform u for the first time today for eyebrow microblading, and was absolutely delighted with the whole experience as well as the results. Laura was just wonderful, so warm & welcoming and very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend Transform u. I will most definitely be back. Thanks again.

I booked via Treatwell and turned up to the appointment on time. I was told that the girl I had booked in with (which Treatwell assigned to me) didn't work on Saturdays. I wasn't offered any alternative, and although the staff were friendly I didn't really get an apology. Disappointing service, there's no way I'll be going there again or reccomending it to anyone.

Turned up to the salon to be informed that they couldn’t do the treatment as the lady who it was booked in with was stuck in Wales. The lady who dealt with me was very friendly and apologetic and offered me both a rescheduled appointment and a discount if I booked back in, which is very fair but I’m not from the area and wanted the treatment done for the upcoming weekend, so it was disappointing that it couldn’t be carried out. I would have appreciated a phone call to let me know in advance rather than wasting my time travelling there, especially as I had already paid for the treatment and I now have a delay in waiting for my money back. No option to leave anything other than 1 star even though the manager was pleasant.
