I had great experience at transformations.
Initially the booking I made via treatwell didn't match up with their actual availability but they called as soon as they had my booking and we found a date and time that could work.
Everything was running to time. My eyebrow appointment with kerry was great, and Rose who did my hair was fab, she listened exactly to what I wanted and checked the length before I had a big chop. And her blow dry was fab!

They messed up the booking. Had 25 mins not 50. Therapist clearly not experienced. Damp towels. Awful. Gave them plenty of time to sort something without leaving a bad review but not heard from them.
