All the staff were very friendly and welcoming, offering tea on arrival. The wash and head massage were very relaxing. Overall, the cut was good, however the stylist nipped my neck with the scissors by mistake, which was unfortunate. Also, a few of the strands were not quite at the correct length, so I've had to re-cut them in line with the others. The salon itself was lovely and excellent value for money, however, so I would go back.

The staff are really nice. The stylist Toni gave me a very good scalp massage and very nice hair cut. Definitely will go again.

Haircut and venue lovely, less impressed with the blow dry. It was straightened to within an inch of my life!
