Transitions was really easy to find. On entering the salon, the customer service was great. I was offered a drink, which even came with my favourite biscuit of all time - caramelised speculoos! My stylist was Kfir who was brilliant. I had a consultation first, where I had the opportunity to tell him exactly what I wanted doing to my hair and he provided some advice back. My wash was great - I had a lovely surprise head massage which I didn't realise came with the haircut!! I could not fault the overall wash, cut and blow dry package. Kfir cuts with precision and care, and knows what will suit you. I came out of the salon with bouncy, fabulous locks, feeling like a million dollars as I walked down Warren Street, which rarely happens! Absolutely great :) Best cut I've had in a long time. Highly recommend.

This was a brilliant service. Staff were very helpful, friendly and a gorgeous salon in a very accessible location on Warren Street. Couldn't be more pleased with both cut and the finish - left feeling like a new person!

Very professional and friendly staff. Tal cut my hair exactly as I had wanted it and I am extremely pleased with my new look. Good value for money with the voucher. Cannot recommend this venue enough. Will be coming back for sure!

I was really happy with my haircut and blow-dry from Transition. My stylist was Lucas, who was really attentive and professional. He sat down with me first and we talked through what I wanted from the haircut and what he thought would be best, and the outcome was very much what I was expecting. Very pleased and will go again and recommend to my friends too. :)
