I have literally just got back from getting my hair cut by Toni and I am OVERJOYED with it! I never really think about my haircut until I am back at home and can have a proper look without any pressure, and I am so happy with it....and after having my hair cut by a ton of different hairdressers' in London and never being happy with it, I can now say I have finally found someone who knows what he's doing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The salon is lovely, clean, homely and plays really good music. I felt so relaxed I had to try really hard not to go to sleep and everyone who works there seem really nice and friendly.
I had problems with my fringe after a previous hairdresser totally messed it up and instead of trying to conceal the problem (what another hairdresser did, until it grew out and looked crap again), Toni did a great job with what he had and simply advised that it just had to grow out and also offering other options. It is now styled in a way that will help me tolerate growing out part of my fringe.
I am recommending this salon and particularly Toni to all my friends and family now and will definitely be going back!
I really enjoyed this venue, the ambience and thought it was a clean and hygienic salon. My hair was done up to my standards. The only thing is, I have curly hair and instead of getting my hair blow-dried straight, i had to leave it out curly after having products put in and using the diffuser. While i liked the result, i would have preferred it straight, but this was not possible because of time limitations and because of my curly hair.

I went to Transition for a haircut with Tony. He (and all the other staff) were so lovely and welcoming. He kept checking that everything was okay and that I was comfortable - without being pushy or overly chatty. Tony listened to what I wanted done and then took his time to make sure that it was exactly right and that I was completely happy. For the price it was an exceptionally good haircut. It's a shame that they only accept Wahanda vouchers for first time clients but I will be going back. Even full price - for the quality of the haircut and the fantastic customer service it will be worth it. Thanks guys :)
