This was my first visit to Transition and I was impressed. There were no stylists with the level of experience I had requested available for the time I booked but the salon rang me and arranged for someone more experienced to cut my hair with no extra charge. When I arrived staff were friendly and efficient. My stylist, Tal, was still with another customer but I was offered a coffee and didn't have to wait too long. I went for a completely new style and am really pleased with the cut so overall a great experience.

I had a haircut with the junior stylist (sorry I've forgotten but think it may have been Toni!) Anyway he was really great, he took time to make sure it was just how I wanted it and it's probably the best haircut I've ever had! Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service. The stylist knew exactly what I wanted and even offered helpful suggestions. Nice atmosphere in the salon, easy to reach. I would definitely go again.

The staff were very friendly and it was obvious that they love what they do and knew how to do it well- it is the best haircut and dye that I have had in London (I have been to two other places) so I am definitely coming back. I also loved the way the place was decorated- especially the thin chains hung down like strands of hair as you descended the staircase to have a shampoo and scalp massage. Definitely recommend coming here if considering doing anything at all to your hair.

Quick, easy and did the job. Very nice staff. Good haircut and lovely blow dry. Excellent head massage whilst shampooing.
