Luca was great, had a lot of suggestions and explained everything he was doing. I had a simple hair cut but he made it better than I expected, perfect experience!

Really nice people and lovely salon. Pleased with the cut, especially considering the price - the only thing is they were running late when I visited so I had to rush off before the cut was totally finished! Otherwise, great.

Getting my hair cut is quite a traumatic experience for me, so I thought I'd take all precautionary steps to ensure I did not get disappointed. I brought a picture of what I wanted done, and I agreed with the hairdresser on how much to cut. We agreed on 1 inch. ONE. I did stress that I did NOT want short hair on top and long at the back. Guess what happened? He cut 5 inches of hair at the front and not even 1 at the back!!! FIVE! FIIIIIVE!!!!! Imagine my face when I saw my locks falling off at this length! I don't understand how to make it clearer. I hate the hair cut. HATE it! I'm just glad it was a promotion and I didn't pay the full price for that. The guy was lovely and so was the venue. A pity this is another hairdressing disaster for me.

I hate getting my hair cut, it's fine and straggly and I always want to keep the length and clearly can't. I had resigned myself to the fact I desperately needed it cutting, and based on the reviews I went to Transition, as it's also close to where I study. Radiohead was playing in the background which was nice and relaxing, and the guy who cut my hair was lovely. He persuaded me gently that I need quite a bit cutting off, and I felt happy to leave it in his hands. The length he decided on really suits me, and he checked regularly whether I was happy with what he was doing, and whether I wanted it blow-dried etc (which I never do myself). I'll definitely go back as the atmosphere was really comfortable, and all the guys in there seemed nice.
