Liked the end result. I wanted a clean cut long bob and I got what I wanted. Probably should have asked for some layers too because with my thick hair it could get quite unruly but my bad for not specifying, not theirs.

loved the end result - I was consulted throughout and kept comfortable. the colour ended up taking a bit longer than booked, but they were super accommodating!
