Exceptional lymphatic massage. I have had a lymphatic massage before but that pales in comparison to Nana's version. Body felt reinvigorated. Stuck to advice to drink plenty of water after the massage. I can highly recommend it. The only suggestion is to have a small heater to warm up the room before the massage as it was a little chilly. (it wouldn't need to be kept on).
