Odd - massage was ok but atmosphere disruptive. Started late, therapist answered a couple calls and left the room during the massage. Skin flared in response to one of the products and they suggested it was because the room was dark? Not great

I left covered in sticky residue that didn’t even come off after I showered when I got home. The wax took over an hour, when normally my wax only takes 20-30 mins. She was thorough in making sure as much hair was removed and was careful that the temperature was okay. But I didn’t like the lack of care with getting wax all over my legs and having to clean it off and still I left completely sticky all over. I won’t be coming back here.
