What a great experience!! The salon is in a separate building and felt super private and professional. Amu was wonderful and helped make my wax as painless as possible! Will be back ☺️ (Can park right in front and its the white building at the end)

I am so happy finally I found Gem in Hayes town. Amazing service, friendly atmosphere, professional beautician, free car park and what else you want .. will definitely come back!!!
