Iva was lovely! She was warm, friendly and welcoming making me feel at ease straight away. I had a lot of tension in my shoulders which was causing me a great deal of discomfort. Iva was obviously very experienced and knew what she was doing. One of the best massages I've ever had... and I've already booked another appointment with her next week!
