I started going here after the ministry of waxing closed down during Covid and I had a great therapist called Livia. She was lovely and I had a pretty much pain-free bikini wax. But I haven’t been able to book with her and I’ve given other therapists a chance and they have been dreadful. Awful technique, they never tried to minimise the pain and had to pull the wax multiple times which hurt so much. It’s like they think I can’t feel pain! Never going back.

I don’t normally like to leave bad reviews but I feel like I have to in this case. The girl doing my massage was nice but was definitely not a massage therapist. The music kept on going off the first 15 minutes, I had to ask her to put it off. Then she used her phone for music but had a call and a couple of messages incoming. The strokes of the massage felt all the same repeated one..I hope I was just unlucky or maybe I was the last client of the day but definitely won’t go again, sorry

Therapist was lovely. However, the waxing was quite bad. Did not get all hairs at all, had poor technique and used way too much wax, and I found leftover wax after I left.

The lady was really nice but I have to be honest and say I can’t recommend this place for a lash lift. My left eye looks fine but my right eye was curled so much I had to cut the tips of some of my eyelashes off as they had fully curled around and were pointing down. I’ve had this treatment at lots of different places and have never had it like this before. I can’t really wear mascara still as they curl back so much and touch my eyelid.
