The treatment itself was good, but overall it wasn’t a great experience. After booking my original appointment they rang me to ask me to reschedule & refused me a refund so I had no choice but to reschedule. The next day they rang me again asking me to pay, even though I had already paid. Then, shortly after that they rang me a third time and asked me to change my booking time. The therapist also didn’t remove my mascara so I left looking like a panda. For those reasons I won’t be going back.
