First time at salon, and probably won’t be back. Lash lift result was messy. I have to wear mascara to straighten lashes which is not the desire outcome. Missed tinting my bottom lashes. Brows were ok, tint didn’t last longer than a few days.

The salon is nice, modern & professional. However I was displeased when asked during treatmentwhy I had booked via Treatwell and not directly, and by paying at venue meant they could cancel my booking. Put me on edge rather than relaxed.She kept also pushing laser hair removal. I wanted to relax and not be interrogated. Another therapist opened the door during my treatment (brazillian wax) They tried to overcharge me and I had to remove lots of pieces of wax myself they didn't tidy up properly

Good threading and really nice staff but they cut me under my eyebrow with the thread - could be more gentle
