I was not greeted by anyone until 20 mins after my appointment time. I was then brought into the treatment room and left in there waiting for another 20 mins. Whilst waiting the customer before me had been waiting for 30 minutes and requested a refund as she couldn’t wait any longer, when she was then offered a facial another day. I didn’t even get a discount!
