I booked in for a file and paint pedi, I arrived and told them my name. They did a full pedi and then came to me and said you booked for a file and paint, but you didn't tell us that when you arrived, so we've done a full pedi and you need to pay for that... not very impressed, I can't remember what's a full pedi and what's not, that's their job not mine

I absolutely love my nails and the massaging chair was a dream coming true! The only thing I would say is that the staff (although really professional) is not really friendly. A simple “you can put your coat here” “would you like a glass of water “ or “you’re ready to go now!” Would have make your service perfect. Anyway I will definitely come back!
