Visit: Sat 11th Jan - Gel removal and gel manicure. Upon booking the appointment I was assigned Alice to do my treatment but upon arriving not only did I have to wait an extra 25 minutes after my appointment time to be seen but my treatment was done by someone else. This was a tad confusing as it was my first visit. While waiting for my current gel polish to be soaked off the guy that was doing my nails began using the equipment to cut and file his own nails onto the floor in front of me...
