The staff were really friendly and I found my shellac removal to be good, with my nails cut and filed down neatly afterwards.

The nail wasn’t sticking three times then the one on my index finger snapped off once she shortened the length. I hope they don’t snapped off from mundane tasks now Once I got home I noticed some are symmetrical not the coffin shape so not very happy.
