Don’t know who cut my hair as no one really talked to me but I won’t be going back. He used terms I didn’t understand but rather than explaining he just did what he wanted, leaving me with a cut I didn’t want. The salon was in complete silence as he cut, with other members of staff watching, which made me very uncomfortable.
