Not at all happy with the experience - I was very specific with what exactly I was looking for (and this was something I needed to heavily volunteer as they barely asked any questions about my preferences), and the outcome did not reflect it all. He cut what he wanted to cut, not what I asked for. In addition, I specifically asked for no blowdry or styling so that I could see what the new hair looks like naturally, but as part of the drying he still styled my hair so that I didn't even see how the cut didn't match what I'd asked for until I'd washed my hair later.
