My son had a terrible haircut. The hair above his ears weren't even. One side had about a 1/2 inch gap between his hair and ear, and the other side had his hair touching his ear. The back was all jagged and poorly cut. I complained and still haven't heard anything. In addition, my son was made to feel very uncomfortable by the stylist who kept asking his ethnic origins. I'm not sure what this had to do with a hair cut.
