Pros: -friendly and welcoming staff -offered a drink -asked me to choose my massage oil -asked if the music was ok -asked if the pressure was ok Cons: -the manicure area is just outside thw door so I heard the whole conversation, which wasn't great when I waa trying to relax. The massage lady told them to be quiet (which I appreciate) but I was still able to hear them.
