Very clean salon and new, clean equipment, super friendly staff, without doubt the best Hollywood wax experience I’ve had in the UK - quick, not painful, great quality wax used with different waxes for different parts). Overall - super impressed and happy
Hollywood Waxing
There was no consultation prior to the treatment to find out if I had an allergies or conditions to be aware of (i dont)
I had the express facial which involved the therapist squeezing every pore on my face. there was no discussion about this and whilst I might have needed it, it really hurt and my eyes were streaming. the products applied afterwards really stung my face as a result. it wasn't a relaxing experience at all even though my skin doe feel clean.
I was booked in for a 45 min massage but think the treatment was less than half an hour due to my facial taking longer. The massage itself was very good though.
They could do with places some towels or something around the face hole as I had a very red deep imprint on my forehead for about an hour afterwards.
There was also no aftercare. i wasn't even ordered a glass of water.
the salon is nice and with a few tweaks i would return.

it wasn't a hour long treatment more like 45 minutes as the actual massage started ten minutes late.
