Decent experience, polite and friendly staff, especially the lady that did my treatment was lovely. However I didn’t realise that this salon is in the basement, can get a bit stuffy as I was there for 3 hours getting many treatments back to back. Also they’re a bit slow overall and took their time, which may not necessarily be bad if you have time to spare and want to be relaxed but I found it slow. And although I had booked a luxury pedicure, it didn’t feel any different from a normal pedicure. Also they tried to get me to do manicure before doing the waxing which seemed odd as it’s so easy to ruin the nails if not careful while waxing and then I realised the person doing waxing was busy at that time so I said I’d waited a bit.

It was nice, both the receptionist and the wax lady were great. It was just more painful than usual as she re-waxed the same spots multiple times
