Not only were we interrupted on a number of occasions by another staff member coming in to grab equipment, the therapist left a very noisy tap in the room running the whole way through the hour-long facial. I also felt the facialist was very heavy-handed both with exfoliation, the scratchy face mask brush, and with the massage, which I felt was massaging my face in the wrong direction! (pulling cheeks and neck downwards). The first time I went the facialist was gentle and explained everything she was doing the whole way through and it was a thoroughly relaxing experience but this time was completely different.

Terrible! I was made to wait 20 minutes because the only
Stylist was double booked. The shampoo girl put some nasty chemically shampoo in my hair that completely damaged my
Hair making it a hard as a rock mass of tnangles. Took three of us another 30 minutes plus a deep conditioning treatment just to get a comb thru it again I was then charged an EXTRA £10 for having extensions even though I had already paid a £ 10 surcharge for long hair (such a scam. I have only have long hair because of extensions and they use that has an excuse to double charge me!). Avoid!
