I’ve just had the most awful experience for my eyelash extension with Mariana Bueno at trends salon. I’ve been treated unfairly and poorly. Prior to my appointment, I asked her what lashes she’s going to use on me today, I do so everytime when I go to a new salon to avoid any future conflicts. She told me she’s going to use the thinnest one and show me the lashes which is approx 0.007 (which I’ve already paid for on the website) with different lengths, which is ideal for me because my lash cannot afford anything heavier and thicker, otherwise it would fall out.
On the process her brutal gesture makes my eyes feel irritating and uncomfortable all the time. After she finished I realized that she didn’t use any of the lash she told me she’s going to use, on the contrary, she uses the thickest lashes which feels quite fake and irritating. she claim that she mixed different types of lashes together, on her hands I can see at least 7 types (types not lengeths) of different weight lashes. The result looks tacky and messy because you can see all the individual lashes are different! Ive never see a place that allowed to use different lashes on one treatment! It’s beyond unprofessional!
My eyes turned red, and constantly hurt. When I complaint about this fault she ignores me like I’m looking for trouble. I trying to communicate with her, see if she can remove all and redo it with the eyelash we agreed to use. She refuse to talk to me and treat me unrespectly by ignoring me. There’s no one else I can talk to at the shop, she asked other colleague to ask me to leave. I feel helpless and pissed at the same time. It’s not only rude, it’s bully!
Honestly worst experience ever within treatwell and outside of treatwell.
I booked and paid the full amount on treatwell for half head highlights. I showed the hairdresser my hair and told her what I wanted.
Lovely lady and great hairdresser but did not adapt to my hair.
After hair was dried my hair was full of patches and they stated I should get t section highlights !! After I just had highlights ?! They did not recommend to fix it knowing I was very upset instead I got blamed for having patches in my hair from the highlights?
They also tried to make me pay the remaining left? And when I told them iv already paid in full they gave me a price list? I was very confused and had never felt so uncomfortable !
I was then told to pay 25 for toner which did NOTHING for my hair. And also they pressured me into paying the difference for medium hair half head to long hair half head highlights ? I told the hairdressers that they did my root highlights but they then said the toner was applied to long hair I then told them that this payment was taken separately and was a separate treatment ? They tried anyway they could to get extra payment and also made me login into the treatwell app to make sure it was real?!
Treatwell have contacted them with patchy hair pictures and they wouldn’t respond for nearly 2-3weeks and would not issue a refund . I wish I could attach the poorly done highlights.
