Booked appointment through Treatwell app.. Had a reminder email during the day.. Turned up for my appointment at 4.30pm to be told Yonca had not turn up to work that day and that I can rebooked for the next day.. No apology. So definitely will not be booking again. Appalling way to treat a customer and run a business.
I booked in for a wash cut and blow dry - the treatment was listed it would be around 1 hour n a half. I was booked in for 3:15 and I was finished by 3:35. My hair wasn’t cut straight and neither was my fringe. I had to ask to check the length again and I also had to ask her to cut my fringe. I left feeling crap and not really happy with my hair at all. It was as though she just wanted to get home baring in mind I was the only client in the shop at the time anyway. Now I know why.
