I went during the week and had a great experience. However, I took my mum at the weekend and it was awful. We prepaid £92 for half a head of highlights, cut and blow dry. My mum only has half a head of hair left after her cancer treatment meant she had an undercut shaved. We asked for 2 colours to be used for the half head of highlights rather than one colour. But the hairdresser didn't speak English and her translator spoke limited English. He thought we were asking for a full head (of what hair is left) of highlights. We weren't. She wanted some of her natural hair there and the rest of the hair to be highlighted so there were 2 shades. The cut was ok but the distress caused to my mum because she was unsure of what she was going to get...and on her birthday too was unacceptable. Deeply unhappy at the experience for my poor mum.
