The overall haircut was good. The ladies working in the salon spoke among themselves in Polish despite all having English, which seemed rude to me.There were another 2 clients there too who were also not Polish. The lady cutting my hair had a heavy smell of cigarettes which was very off putting as a non smoker.
I was there for over an hour and wasn't offer a drink. I asked my hair to be dried as a curly blow dry which was very frizzy, they corrected with the ghd, but didn't last an hour!!

Robert cut my hair into a layered bob. He took his time and spent a lot of time checking the layering. The cut was very good and the style is very easy to manage. Robert was very friendly and caring. I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely go back.
