Great customer service. Got my hair braided exactly how I wanted, half cornrows with stitch braiding and medium box braids. Very near and tidy, not tight but braiding hair was installed correctly, took care of my edges also. Quick service as well, only took 3.5 hours and it usually takes 6-8 hrs with other stylists. Gave great recommendations of how the braids should be done to suit my face, very happy with it. Will be coming back again for sure.

Charlotte is a super lovely lady. She was very patient with my dead straight hair and therefore successfully turned it into a proper curly perm.
