Charlotte is a super lovely lady. She was very patient with my dead straight hair and therefore successfully turned it into a proper curly perm. It’s the first time a hairdresser actually made that happen! Already got compliments on my way back home for my new mane ;) thanks Charlotte! I’d come back anytime!

Tresses is a small salon, which I liked as it was quiet and felt approachable. Charlotte was friendly and had a very calming nature. She took careful care to clean after the previous client and asked me questions throughout the haircut to make sure I was happy with what she was doing. I didn't actually have my hair washed or dried, just a dry cut, but that suited me fine. I will be going back, it was a very easy and relaxing experience.
