My second visit to get my haircut by Charlotte. Yet again she did a wonderful job; She was welcoming, very friendly and chatty. I was very happy with Charlotte and my hair cut - 5 star review well deserved. I recommend Charlotte/Tresse Excel.

Charlotte is amazing, not just with her quality of service but also with her ability to be accommodating. I’ve gone to her for straightening for years, now I don’t even live in London but I made the 3 hour round trip for my appointment with her. Well worth it.
