Charlotte was welcoming from before I set foot in the salon by her smile. She listened to what I wanted,and met my expectations. She's a lovely, professional and friendly Lady. I recommend Tresses Excel and Charlotte to anyone.

Charlotte listened to what I wanted and was very patient with my requests throughout the cut. I have a very short pixie hairstyle and also asked her to refine the fringe when the cut was finished, which she did straight away. I'm giving it 4 stars because the following day I realised the shaving machine had cut my neck, but I still plan to go back

Charlotte was absolutely amazing. Cute small hairdresser but a comfortable environment to be in. I felt like I was being taken care of by family and will be heading back for a treatment

Charlotte was very patient with my spiral perm, she really took the time to carefully put my very long hair in rollers and never tried to rush it. And there was no question that she's a very experienced and skilful hair stylist. She provided helpful advice on how to maintain the perm afterwards. I'm so in love with my curls! (P.S. I had a little incident after my hair was done and Charlotte was kind enough to help me sort it out.) Definitely recommend going to her salon!
