Charlotte is very good and the braids came out very nice however I ended up paying more for the braids than I expected. The store was also difficult to find as the treetwell map takes you to the wrong place.

The hairdresser was geared towards African hair. No other colours available than black so I had to abandon the colour treatment. I had to cancel the initial booking and make a new booking there and then for the haircut. It felt that the lady didn’t have much experience with my type of hair and I had to indicate areas where the cut wasn’t straight. The salon is very tiny. The credit card machine didn’t work. Overall not such a great experience
