The appointment started a bit late, but I was happy to wait as I was eager to get rid of my long mess of a hair and the results are worth the wait as my hair is now silky smooth thanks to the Japanese straightening and healthy with the haircut I got!

The hairdresser Charlotte did my hair so perfectly and I was so happy with it. So glad I found this salon, it was nice and clean and the hairdresser Charlotte was kind and very friendly as well. Top five stars all the way!
