Pedicure was good but manicure cuticle removing hurt me a little because hand could not be soaked. Wondering if hands can be soaked in plain hot water at least before removing the cuticle.

I had a lovely facial with Alice , I had booked deep cleansing but switched to Oxygen upon arrival! I enjoyed every minute of it, it was so relaxing, I almost fell asleep, my skin definitely looked very clean and glowy afterwards!
