I booked the treatment with Hayley however she was busy when I came in, another therapist took care of me.
I must say this person was quite rude and made me feel uncomfortable. He kept asking me the same question ‘’color?, colors?’’ every minute as I was going trough the range of color they had. Also, the shellac machine was boiling hot and I asked the therapist if I could wait 10 sec before putting my hand inside the machine but he forced me to put my hand and was also a bit aggressive. Not to mention that they use a nail shaping machine that leaves dust on your nails (and is very bad for your nails btw) but the therapist didn’t wipe the dust away and applied the nail polish directly on it. Not very professional - he is killing the vibe of the salon as the 2 other therapists are lovely and caring.

Quick and Easy removal! I popped in on my lunch break and it was dead, lacked a bit of atmosphere hence the 4 stars. Other than that I've been here a few times for multiple treatments and I haven't had any issues. They also take card which is rare in most nail salons so that's a plus + !

The salon was very clean and modern. My nails look great. The only negative is that it cost a lot more than I would usually pay.
