Absolutely ruined my hair. Asked for something to be done. Instead of saying they couldn't do it, they ruined my hair. It's a year on and my hair is still having to be cut because of the damage just to one side. Awful. But she was so charming I felt bad but I did go back the same day to get all over colour back on, but the damage was done and no money was returned.
lovely place! I had great highlights, the colour was really considered and looks great.
I had the first booking of the day and the salon wasn't open when I arrived. The stylist was late but text me to let me know and got me in and out in 35 minutes so I could meet my next appointment. I was satisfied and happy with the service in the end.
