The whole experience felt quite rushed, my hair wash was very quick, no explanation was given as to what the conditioning treatment was. I also didn’t feel like there was great attention to detail given on my haircut, the cutting was very fast and I didn’t receive the same thoroughness as I have experienced at other hairdressers.
