All the other staff were lovely but Kat, who did my hair was rude and insulting the entire time I was there and made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. Felt on edge the entire time, not a nice experience.

Lovely experience. She cut my hair very well and seemed to have a great grasp on my hair type for a first visit. Gave me lots of advice and used aroma therapy in the hair treatment which was a nice bonus.

Lisa did exactly what I asked with my hair (I know i shouldn't have to say that but after many hair disasters I was so pleased!). She was very friendly and I would recommend her for a cut and colouring any day! My hair looks and feels lovely and everyone in the salon was welcoming, chatty and friendly.
