Professional, friendly staff with a thorough treatment. I had a wonderful experience and the lash lift looked amazing. Emma was very friendly and thorough and ensured that the results of my treatment were excellent. I am very pleased with the results and will definately be returning. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience with Kat - she's transformed my hair from a blue patchy mess to a gorgeous pink bob with a fringe! She was so professional and really great to talk to, and worked miracles for me :) 100% recommendation

First visit to nicely located Trinity, welcoming, friendly nice atmosphere.
Knowledgeable, skilled, Kat did excellent job at mending a series of poor cuts on my curly hair I'd had elsewhere. Conditioning treatment worked and made a noticeable difference. Vpleased I tried, will return!

Sorry for the very very late review. I had my haircut done by Cath back in November 2017. She is absolutely lovely person, and she has made me feel very welcome. She did the haircut extremely well and I had received a lot of compliments on the gorgeous haircut style. There is another young student who washed my hair and gave me a cup of coffee - she is extremely friendly and made me feel very at ease. I would ask the management to reward/praise both of them. I will be coming again this year and would recommend the place and also Cath too.
